  • Full payment is required before order processing.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping

  • Processing times are estimates and may vary.

  • Delivery timelines provided by shipping partners are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns/refunds are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, unless otherwise stated.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/video, if applicable).

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.

  • Orders may be canceled only before dispatch.

6. Product Use

Some products may contain small parts (such as beads or charms) and may not be suitable for young children. Use products responsibly.
